Weil sie auf den Ryukyu-Inseln aufgewachsen ist, kennt sie es, wie in der Hölle zu leben. Daher hat sie seit jeher das Bedürfnis, aus dieser Hölle zu entkommen, aus der sie alleine jedoch nicht zu entrinnen vermag. Ein Hoffnungsschimmer war für sie immer Mugen, von dem sie sich erhoffte, dass er sie mitnehmen würde. Doch nachdem ihr Bruder ihn hinterging, wonach sie ihn nie wieder sah, verschwand diese Hoffnung. Die Beziehung zu ihrem Bruder ist auch sehr angespannt, ihn hasst sie so sehr, dass sie ihn sogar gerne tot sehen würde.
