Bei Ratatoskr handelt es sich um eine pazifistische Geheimorganisation, die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat mit den Spirits zu kommunizieren, ihre Kräfte zu versiegeln und sie in die menschliche Gesellschaft zu integrieren. Nur so können sie ihnen ihre einzige andere Option, den Tod, ersparen. Ihnen ist das Luftschiff und somit auch die gesamte Crew der Fraxinus zugeordnet. Zudem stehen sie mit AST und DEM Industries auf stetigen Kriegsfuß.
