Angry ist die Manifestation der Wut, welche von seinem Besitzer Goyle ausgeht. Sollte der impulsive Polizeichef mal wieder einen seiner berüchtigten Wutanfälle haben, erbricht er eine Kreatur, die ihm nicht nur im Kampf zur Seite steht sondern auch ein eigenes Denkvermögen entwickelt. Desto stärker die Wut ist, die Goyle während seiner Rage verspürt, umso stärker und mächtiger wird auch sein lilaner Begleiter.

Die Tatsache, dass Angry ein eigenes Denkvermögen besitzt, wird im Manga deutlicher gezeigt. So weist er seinen Besitzer stets auf die Unnötigkeit seiner Wut hin, welche dieser natürlich nicht wahrhaben will, da er sonst an Kraft verliert.
