Anya Alstreim ist eine stille Person und zeigt an ihrem Umfeld kein Interesse, was man an ihrem ständig gelangweilten Gesichtsausdruck feststellen kann. Anya ist mit ihren fünfzehn Jahren das jüngste Mitglied, das je ein Knight of the Round geworden ist. Die junge Pilotin ist gut mit Suzaku Kururugi und Gino Weinberg befreundet, mit denen man sie öfters zusammen sieht. Anya Alstreim ist Knight of Six innerhalb der Einheit.
