Nach der eigenen Aussage dieses Mannes sind er und sein Kollege Bundesbeamten, die im Auftrag der Regierung Ayato unter Arrest stellen sollen. Weil er trotzdem wissen möchte, wieso er festgenommen werden soll, bedroht dieser Beamte ihn sofort mit vorgehaltener Pistole. Bevor die Situation für Ayato aber noch ungemütlicher wird, greift Haruka Shitou ein und schaltet die beiden im Nu aus. Wie sich später herausstellt, arbeiten beide für Maya Kamina, Ayatos Mutter. Nach ihrem Scheitern werden sie fortan von ihr damit beauftragt, ihren Sohn zu überwachen.
