Im Auftrag der Earth Federation soll der Kapitän der Ulysses RahXephon zum Mulian Technology Laboratory bringen. Hingegen hat er an Ayato Kamina kein Interesse, da sie genug »Proben« aus Tokyo Jupiter zur Verfügung haben. Man merkt ihm schnell an, dass er nicht allzu viel von TERRA hält, da sie zwar Teil der Earth Federation sind, doch weitestgehend alleine operieren, dementsprechend herabblickend und autoritär gibt er sich gegenüber Jun Kunugi. Seiner Ansicht nach hat man nur Ärger, wenn man mit ihnen zusammenarbeitet.
