Mizuki ist die Schulkameradin von Rinko und Tatsurou Akiyama, in den sie, auch wenn sie es nicht zugeben möchte, verliebt ist. Sie ist wie die beiden ebenfalls ein Ninja und wird wegen ihrer zwei Blitze schießenden Pistolen »Taimanin Blitz« genannt.

Sie wird schnell wütend und verliert die Kontrolle, wenn man sie piesackt oder auf ihre geringe Oberweite anspricht. So bricht sie beispielsweise Muneichi Yazaki den Kiefer, als dieser sich über ihre Mutter Shiranui lustig macht.
