Setsuna ist ein schlankes junges Mädchen mit kleiner, zarter Figur. Sie hat lange braune Haare sowie tiefe braune Augen. Sie ist ein sehr aufgeweckter Mensch und stets am Lächeln. Für gewöhnlich hat sie ihre Haare zu zwei Zöpfen nach hinten gebunden und trägt ihre Schuluniform.

Sie ist an der Houjou-Schule durch einen jährlichen Wettbewerb als das Schul-Idol bekannt, was ihr weniger gefällt, als sie zugibt. Setsuna liebt es zu singen und verbringt den Großteil ihrer Freizeit in Karaoke Bars.
Sie ist ein großer Fan von Yuki Morikawa und Rina Ogata und ihr Lieblingssong ist White Album.
