Eine alte Bekannte und gute Freundin von Miina Miyafuji, sie lebte bis vor kurzem bei ihr und deren Mutter, die im Übrigen eine berühmte Leichtathletin war und Miina unter ihre Fittiche genommen hat, da diese äußerst talentiert war. Jedoch verließ Miina beide mit dem Ziel ihren Geburtsort aufzusuchen und wegen einem anderen Grund.
Yuuka ist selber immer noch aktive Leichtathletin auf der Langlaufstrecke und kommt zufällig nach Kizaki-ko um dort an einem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen.
