Yuki ist die Krankenschwester an Doremis Schule. Ihre beste Freundin ist die Lehrerin, Frau Seki. Schwester Yuki ist sehr fürsorglich und kümmert sich gerne um die Probleme der Schüler. Sie trägt meistens Latschen und einen langen weißen Arztkittel.

Schwester Yuki ist eigentlich die König der Hexenwelt, was sich erst später herausstellt.
