Gondo Kanekichi ist der Anführer der Korinka von Niihama und zusätzlich auch Kopf des gesamten Yakuza-Rings. Ihm untersteht faktisch das gesamte Cyberdrogen-Geschäft, womit er zu den ganz großen Spielern auf dem Feld gehört. Der Ring kontrolliert Geschäfte, Bars und Hotels, erpresst Schutzgelder und zeichnet sich durch kompromisslose Brutalität aus. Außerdem gehören Gondo noch mehrere industrielle Immobilien. Er hat zwei weibliche Cyborgleibwächter mit starken Nahkampffähigkeiten zu seinem persönlichen Schutz.
