Die Silent Zephyrus ist Madoka Orimuras persönlicher Infinite Stratos. Der IS ist eigentlich auch als BT Second bzw. Blue Tears II bekannt und wurde vor einiger Zeit aus einer Forschungsbasis in England gestohlen. Als Nachfolgemodell besitzt die Silent Zephyrus viele der selben Funktionen wie die Blue Tear, wie etwa die auswerfbaren Drohnen, die allesamt mit Laserkanonen bestückt sind. Anders als Cecilia benutzt Madoka jedoch ein Schwert als Hauptwaffe und keine Schusswaffe, geschweige denn ein Scharfschützengewehr.
