Molsa ist der Pate der Martillo-Familie, die der Camorra zugehörig ist. Von seinen Familienmitgliedern verlangt er zwar ziemlich viel und erwartet, dass diese ihr Leben für die Familie hergeben. Allerdings behandelt er diese dafür auch äußerst gütig und liebevoll, trotz seines eher grimmig wirkenden Äußeren. Besonders von Firo erwartet er sehr viel und hofft, dass dieser in Zukunft eine Führungsrolle innerhalb der Martillo-Familie übernehmen wird.

Er leitet Anno 1930 das Aufnahmeritual von Firo und war demnach auch beim anschließenden Freudentrunk anwesend und mitbeteiligt.
