Bislang hielt Momoko ihre Mutter für die typische, gewöhnliche Hausfrau, das ändert sich als sie ihrer Tochter ihr Geheimnis offenbart, dass sie in ihren jungen Jahren einst die Superheldin Wonder Momo gewesen ist. Nachdem die damalige Bedrohung beseitigt werden konnte, zog sie ein friedliches Leben vor und hing ihr Alter Ego an den Haken. Selbst wenn Momo nun ein paar Jährchen älter geworden ist, wirkt sie immer noch sehr jugendlich frisch und scheint ansonsten ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu ihrer Tochter zu haben.
