Dieser ältere Herr führt einen Stand auf dem Sakura-Fest, an dem man Goldfische fangen kann. Auch Kotoha versucht sich dran, doch weil ständig ihre Fangnetze reißen und sie mit den Nerven bereits am Ende ist, beschließt sie mit ihren Kräften ein klein wenig nachzuhelfen. Bevor es aber soweit kommt, wird sie von Touka darauf hingewiesen, dass Schummeln unfair wäre, was auch gleich der Standbesitzer bestätigt, der ein Auge darauf hat; Schummeln ist nicht erlaubt.
