Die Krankenhaus-Direktorin, die Dr. Kuwabara neu eingestellt hat, arbeitet im Hintergrund mit dem berüchtigten Dr. Hirasaka zusammen. Ihr geheimer Plan sieht für das Krankenhaus eine neue Spezialabteilung vor, in der wohlhabenden Patienten ein Füllhorn sexueller Vergnügungen geboten werden soll.
