Yousen zu leiten, ist kein einfaches Unterfangen, denn zum einen enthält diese Mannschaft schwer zu führende Persönlichkeiten, wie z.B. Murasakibara und zum anderen erfordert es einiges an Können, um eine Truppe mit so viel Potential zu trainieren. Masako hat diese Fähigkeiten. Sie strahlt eine unglaubliche Dominanz aus, bleibt stets strikt und duldet keine Ungehorsamkeit unter ihren Spielern. Sie führt sogar ein Shinai mit sich, das sie auch einsetzt, um ihre Spieler zu schlagen, wenn diese sich wieder einmal falsch verhalten sollten. Sie wird respektiert, hat zwar ihre Mühen, Murasakibara zu kontrollieren, bestimmt aber absolut das Geschehen.
