Hajime Hiura ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Passend dazu ist er auch ein Arzt, wobei sein Spezialgebiet die Neurochirurgie ist. Seinen Beruf musste er allerdings aufgrund eines Unfalls, wodurch seine Hände an Präzision verloren, aufgeben. Dafür leitet er heute sein eigenes Krankenhaus, das er mit dem Geld als Selecao finanziert hat.
Er ist der Auffassung das Ärzte nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Patienten behandeln können, weswegen er versucht mit Hilfe des Mobiltelefons ein Mittel gegen alle Krankheiten zu erstellen. Diese Methode ist sein Weg als Selecao seinem Vaterland zu helfen und benutzt für diese Zwecke all sein Geld.
