Blex ist der Anführer von AEUG und ein sehr intelligent und strategisch agierender Mann. Jede Situation geht er mit Bedacht an und entscheidet letztendlich immer so, dass die AEUG den größten Erfolg einfahren kann. Gewisse Opfer ist er damit auch bereit zu erbringen. Früher war er ein Mitglied der Earth Federation, der auch einen hohen Rang innehatte. Durch die Titans sah er sich aber gezwungen, eine Widerstandsgruppe zu bilden, um gegen die voranschreitenden Titans vorzugehen, deren Ideale er für Destruktiv hält.
