Tetsuya ist einer der Bediensteten der Kasanoda-Familie; er scheint als einziger keine Angst vor dem kochenden Temperament von Ritsu Kasanoda zu haben und behandelt ihn eher auf freundliche Art und Weise, als unterwürfig, so wie es die anderen Mitglieder der Kasanoda-gumi tun.

Was dieser nicht weiß, ist das Tetsuya ein Mitglied der Sendou-gumi ist, einer rivalisierenden Yakuza-Gruppe der Kasanoda-gumi. Allerdings hat er sich von diesen losgesagt, weil er nichts mehr mit ihren Taten und Handlungsweisen zu tun haben möchte.
