Chizuru ist die Vize-Präsidentin des Zuka-Clubs (der Name stammt von der Takarazuka Opera Group, die berühmt dafür ist hauptsächlich aus weiblichen Mitgliedern zu bestehen) und gehört demnach auch der Clubführung an. Genauso wie die anderen Beiden scheint sie auch nicht gerade sehr von Männern begeistert zu sein. Chizuru begleitet meistens Benio Amakusa und die dritte im Bunde, Hinako Tsuwabuki, ist natürlich auch immer von der Partie; zusammen vollziehen sie immer ihre recht theatralisch und überzogen wirkenden Auftritte. Ihr Synonym ist The Lady of the Lily.
