Noriko bekommt bei einer Auseinandersetzung in der U-Bahn Schützenhilfe von Shibata und fängt darauf bei der Tokyo Private Police an. Ihr Team ist ein bunt gewürfelter Haufen und mit jedem aus dem Quartett rasselt sie aneinander, außer mit Kayoko. Die Beiden verstehen sich auf Anhieb gut.

Norikos burschikoses Erscheinungsbild veranlasst andere, sie immer für einen Mann zu halten. Diese Verwechslungen kann sie auf dem Tod nicht ausstehen und wird leicht zur Furie, da sie erbost ist, dass ihre Weiblichkeit stets angezweifelt wird.
