Shino Okazaki ist die Mutter von Noayuki Okazaki und damit die Großmutter von Tomoya. Sie hat Tomoya das letzte Mal gesehen als er ca. 5 Jahre alt war. Bei ihrem späteren Aufeinandertreffen erzählt sie ihm die Geschichte seines Vaters Naoyuki, was sehr tief vergrabene Erinnerungen in Tomoya wieder hervorbringt. Sie wünscht sich, dass Naoyuki nach all dieser Zeit wieder zu ihr zurück kommt.
