Kanna Bismarch ist eine Schamanin, die am Shaman King-Turnier teilnimmt und zu Hao Asakuras Anhängerschaft gehört. Des Weiteren ist sie die Anführerin des Teams Hana Gumi, zu dem Marion Phauna und Matilda Matisse gehören.

Kanna ist eine leicht reizbare, ernste Frau, die Hao gegenüber überaus loyal ist. Normalerweise trifft man Kanna immer mit einer Zigarette im Mund an, da sie diese auch als Medium für ihren Schutzgeist Ashcroft nutzt. Zusammen mit ihrem Team wird Kanna von Hao beauftragt Yoh Asakura und sein Team auf die Probe zu stellen und ihn ggfs. auszuschalten, falls er sich als unwürdig erweisen sollte.
