Niku Iru ist ein trinkfreudiger alter Mann, der in der Stadt Tororo lebt, welche in der Zone des ewigen Nebels auf dem Planeten Iso liegt.
Da er das Gebiet bestens kennt, haben ihn schon zahlreiche Abenteurer aufgesucht, die auf der Suche nach der Quelle des ewigen Frühlings waren.
