Ginkaku ist der jüngere Zwillingsbruder von Kinkaku, auch wenn er äußerlich absolut nicht den Eindruck danach erweckt. Beide sind Waisenkinder und haben nur noch einander, weshalb Ginkaku seinen Bruder immer beschützt und an seiner Seite steht, auch wenn sie mal unterschiedlicher Meinung sind.

Eigentlich sieht er seinem Bruder zum verwechseln ähnlich, nur das sein Haar fliederfarben ist, doch er wurde von Kamisama verflucht und sieht seitdem aus wie ein Monster.
