Marito ist wie Yuki Kaizuka ein Pilot. Doch seit den Ereignissen von Heavens Fall ist er nicht mehr in der Lage, in ein Cockpit zu steigen. Deswegen ist er in Behandlung von Dr. Yaragai, der versucht, ihm seine Angst in einer Hypnosetherapie zu nehmen.
Sollte es jedoch hart auf hart kommen und seine Mannschaft bedroht werden, schwingt er sich einfach in ein Cockpit und nimmt am Kampf teil. Leider funktioniert das meist weniger gut als gedacht, sodass er mehr Hindernis als Hilfe ist, doch mit Fortschreiten der Therapie werden seine Einsätze hilfreicher und Inaho kann ihn in seine Planungen mit einbeziehen.
