Elena ist eine süße russische Austauschstudentin, die nach ihrer Ankunft in Japan umgehend Haimura Moroha bittet, sich mit ihr zu verabreden. Während der Vorstellung im Unterricht erwähnt sie, dass sie außer einem jüngeren Bruder keine Familie hat und dass sie mit dem ausdrücklichen Ziel gekommen ist, Haimura zu daten. Während eines Treffens mit Haimura erwähnt sie, dass sie Edward Lombard von der britischen Niederlassung kennt. Sie erwähnt auch, dass der Zweig in Russland nicht wie eine Schule ist, sondern eher einem Militärcamp ähnelt und dass sie (die Savior) oft früh in den Kampf geschickt werden.
