Boris Tepes Dracula ist ein Schamane und ein Anhänger von Hao Asakura.

Boris ist adliger Vampir und das durch und durch. Auf seine Blutlinie ist er überaus stolz, somit ist er ein wenig egozentrisch und sehr von sich überzeugt. Als Medium für seinen Schutzgeist Blamuro nutzt er sein eigenes Blut. Dadurch kann er durch einen Biss die gebissene Person kontrollieren und sie nach seinem Willen steuern. Darüberhinaus verfügt er über die typischen Vampirfähigkeiten wie sich in eine Fledermaus zu verwandeln oder eine enorm schnelle Heilung. Boris wird von Hao auf Yoh und seine Gefährten angesetzt und soll sie aus dem Weg räumen.
