Elaine wird gemeinsam mit Chloe die Aufgabe zugeteilt, Angel Blade zu besiegen und zu fangen. Sie scheint auf jeden Fall die Cleverere von den beiden zu sein und hält sich eher im Hintergrund und überlässt ihrer Partnerin die Rolle der Anführerin. Sie geht damit zwar nicht so prahlerisch vor wie diese, steht ihr aber in Sachen Hinterhältigkeit in nichts nach und liebt es genauso Gefangene zu quälen, wobei ihr neben körperlicher auch psychische Folter besonderen Spaß bereitet.

Auffällig an ihr ist neben der Militär-Uniform die ihr rechtes Auge verdeckende Augenklappe, welche ein Totenkopf ziert. Ihre Kleidung ist eindeutig an die Kluft der Wehrmacht angelehnt, wie sich an dem Adler auf der Mütze und dem kreuzförmigen Anhänger an ihrem Kragen erkennen lässt.
