Sylvia Vesper ist eine Lehrkraft an der Magical Witch Academy. Sie praktiziert die klassische Hexenkunst, Flugbesen inklusive. Wegen ihrer Zauberkunst ist sie hoch angesehen und gilt als kompetenteste Hexe weit und breit - ihre Spezialität sind Bannzauber.

Sie lebt an der Schule mit Tsukasa zusammen, der ihren Haushalt führt - da sie seine magische Entwicklung überwachen will, hält sie sich so immer in seiner Nähe auf. Man findet sie ansonsten meist in Gesellschaft von Iris vor, die sowas wie ihre rechte Hand darstellt.
