Reiko Arisugawa ist eine sehr beliebte und hübsche Schülerin auf der Seikain Mädchenschule. Viele Mädchen, eingeschlossen Aika, wollen so sein wie sie. Doch auch Reiko hat es nicht einfach im Leben, denn sie soll die Familie bewahren und musste deswegen auf die Schule wechseln, um zu lernen, wie man eine gute Ehefrau und Mutter wird.

Vor ihren Mitschülern zeigt sich Reiko meist sehr unschuldig, fröhlich und freundlich. Sie ist ständig optimistisch, doch auch sie besitzt ihre andere Seiten, die nicht jeder kennt. Das hat zur Folge, dass sie sich öfters mit Aika darüber streitet, wer nun bei Kimito sein darf und Aikas Plan, beliebt zu werden, möchte sie am liebsten durchkreuzen. Trotzdem tritt sie zusammen mit Karen und Hakua in den Commoner Club ein, um mehr über das normale Leben in Japan zu lernen.
