Yutaka arbeitet als Auto-Mechatroniker in einer nahe gelegenen Werkstatt. Als Isla und Tsukasa zu ihm kommen, weil sie Max abschalten wollen, fühlt er sich von Islas angsteinflößender Bitte ziemlich überrumpelt und sucht mit seinem Giftia Max das weite. Später lässt er Max aber dennoch gehen, obwohl er ihn wie seinen eigenen Sohn behandelt und ihm viel beigebracht hat.
