Master ist der Besitzer eines kleinen Cafés in Tokyo, welches der illegalen Organisation SOX als Hauptquartier dient.
Er ist zwar selbst kein Mitglied, steht aber höchstwahrscheinlich hinter den Idealen von SOX und ist der einzige Außenstehende, der über die wahre Identität der SOX-Anführerin Setsugen no Ao Bescheid weiß.
