Officer Maki ist Ordnungshüter des kleinen verschlafenden Örtchen Dokari und ist dieses Orts schon etwas müde. Nie ist hier etwas los, so dass er sich nicht beweisen kann und seine wahren Fähigkeiten nicht zum Vorschein kommen. Zudem gehen ihm langsam seine kleinen Robotergehilfen, die vermutlich von Shinnosuke Otoi entwickelt worden sind, auf den Wecker.
