Genau wie Dorothy, ist auch Dual Teil des Anti-Viren Programms und kämpft gemeinsam mit ihr gegen gefährliche Viren, die in der Box der Weisheit toben und Welten infizieren. Im Gegensatz zu ihrer Partnerin ist Dual eher zurückhaltend und redet nicht immer sehr viel, erst recht versucht sie, Dorothy so gut es geht zu ignorieren, denn die beiden verstehen sich nicht unbedingt immer sehr gut. Gerade Dorothy sorgt immer mal wieder dafür, dass sich Dual einsam in einem Raum verkriecht, um von ihr Ruhe zu haben.

In Remo findet Dual allerdings schnell eine gute Freundin und verbringt viel Zeit mit ihr, was Dorothy natürlich gar nicht passt. Davon lässt sich Dual aber nicht abbringen und öffnet sich Remo immer mehr, um ihr ihre Sorgen zu erzählen.
