In jüngeren Jahren war Pierre ein Mitglied in Gorou Shikabanes Yakuzagang, wurde von ihm jedoch auf die Straße geworfen. Danach widmete er sich einer Karriere als Patissier und hat mit seinen Kreationen Weltruhm und entsprechende Reputation erlangt. Aufgrund einer Konditorei-Ausstellung hat Pierre den Weg zurück nach Japan gefunden und trifft dort nach langer Zeit zum ersten Mal wieder auf sein ehemaliges Vorbild und Vorgesetzten Gorou.
