Riko wohnt zusammen mit ihren Mitbewohnerinnen Nanami, Manatsu und Minato in einem Wohnheim in der Nähe zu einer Universität. Eines Tages erwischen sie und ihre Mitbewohnerinnen Nanami dabei, wie sie sich mit einem jüngeren Mann im Bad vergnügt. Es stellt sich dabei heraus, dass es sich bei dem jungen Mann um Nanamis kleinen Bruder Shuuichi handelt und dieser von Nanami eingeladen wurden, im Wohnheim zu wohnen. Obwohl in dem Wohnheim ausschließlich nur Frauen wohnen, hat Riko kein Problem damit, den jungen Mann aufzunehmen. Sie nutzt die gegenwärtige Situation sogar aus und möchte Shuuichi auch ein paar Lektionen beibringen. Da sich Riko schon immer einen kleinen Bruder gewünscht hat und sich auch wie eine Schwester fühlen will, gibt sie Shuuichi die Anweisung sie »Schwester Riko«, als Ausgleich für die »Lernstunden«, zu nennen.
