Loki ist ein ehemaliges Mitglied von Fairy Tail. Als Lucy der Gilde beitrat und Loki herausfand, dass sie eine Stellarmagierin ist, flüchtete er vor ihr, da er selbst ein Stellargeist ist. Loki wurde aus der Stellargeistwelt verbannt, da er im Verdacht stand, seine ehemalige Meisterin getötet zu haben. Lucy stellte sich gegen den Stellargeistkönig, damit Loki weiterleben konnte. Seitdem ist er Lucys Stellargeist. Loki ist Leo der Löwe, der Anführer der 12 Zodiac-Tore.
