Genau wie Youko stammt Yuu aus einer sehr wohlhabenden Familie, die noch dazu auch sehr engen Kontakt mit Youkos Familie hatte. Trotz ihrer Pleite sieht der kleine Yuu sie aber dennoch als seine Verlobte an und schert sich gar nicht mehr darum ob Youko reich ist oder nicht, ihm ist es auch vollkommen egal das seine Verlobte um einiges Älter ist und er oft für ihren kleinen Bruder gehalten wird.
