Jun’ichi Amagata ist Lehrer an der Schule, wo die sieben Mitglieder der Flowers studieren. Der 32-Jährige ist ein ehemaliges Mitglied der NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), derzeit Oberst der UN-Truppen und hat des Weiteren das Kommando über die Assassinen übernommen.
