Ein skrupelloser Schurke, der ein lukratives Geschäft aufgezogen hat, indem er in Schwierigkeiten geratene Leute mit reichen Verwandten als Druckmittel einsetzt um bei eben jenen Verwandten deren Schulden einzutreiben. Seine Untergebenen sind allerdings allesamt einfache Schläger und Möchtegern-Gangster, selbst seine rechte Hand ist im Ernstfall ein ziemliches Weichei und der einzig wirklich gefährliche Mann in der Bande ist er selbst.
