Der Anführer einer Einheit der Carabinieri. Er durchstreift die Straßen von Neo Verona auf der Suche nach der letzten Überlebenden der Capulets, dabei hat er auch gerade schon eine verdächtige Person festnehmen lassen, obwohl die Beweise mehr als fadenscheinig sind.
