Murakami ist ein stadtbekannter Schläger, der von zwei Halbstarken zu Hilfe gerufen wird, als diese Probleme mit Keiko Tanaka haben. Da der grobe Klotz keinerlei Skrupel hat, auch gegen Frauen vorzugehen, lässt er sich da nicht zweimal bitten. Für eine zünftige Prügelei prädestiniert ihn neben seiner körperlichen Stärke auch die Tatsache, dass er relativ gut »gepolstert« ist. Er verlässt sich völlig auf seine physische Überlegenheit und ist dementsprechend auch unglaublich arrogant.
