Lulu ist die kleine Schwester von Pepe Lima und lebt mit dieser momentan im Favela von Sáo Cabal, wobei beide eigentlich aus gutem Hause gekommen sind und ihr Vater schon ein wenig wohlhabender war, allerdings ist dieser verstorben und vom Vermögen blieb nichts mehr übrig. Man weiß nicht genau wie alt sie ist, auch weil sie etwas stämmiger gebaut ist, aber sie agiert überaus naiv und ist außerordentlich schweigsam. Ihre einzige Bezugsperson ist ihre große Schwester, die kümmert sich jedoch sehr rührend und fürsorglich um sie.
