Hinter Juliet Douglas verbirgt sich ein weiterer Homunkuli mit dem Namen Sloth. Sie ist die jüngste Homunkuli. Sloth verfügt über die Fähigkeit eine flüssige Form annehmen zu können, mit der sie dann ihre Feinde ertränken kann. Für Wrath entwickelt sie eine Art Muttergefühl.

Anmerkung:
Sloth, wie sie es im Anime ist, gibt es so im Manga nicht. Im Manga ist Sloth eine ganz andere Person. Alle Homunkuli tragen die Namen der sieben Todsünden, Sloth ist englisch und bedeutet soviel wie Trägheit.
