Dieser Abh arbeitet für das Finanzministerium als Inspektor und begutachtet Länder und deren Finanzen. Derzeit befindet er sich auf dem Schiff von Jinto Linn, der ihn auf seinen Reisen begleitet und eventuell auch schützt. In Jintos Abwesenheit, als er zu Martine zurückkehrt, überträgt er ihm das Kommando über sein Schiff. Beide scheinen gut miteinander auszukommen, auch wenn Yestech ein wenig förmlich wirkt.
