Der Vorstandsvorsitzende führt die geladenen Gäste durch die Eröffnungsfeier des Bay City Hotels. In Mikis Cafe ist er Stammgast und daraufhin hat er auch Miki und Kaori zur Feier eingeladen. Während der Feierlichkeiten erklärt er auch die Besonderheiten des Hotels.

Hintergrundinformation:
Die Bay City ist eine kleine Insel, auf der das Bay City Hotel erbaut wurde. Aber nicht das Hotel ist das Hauptaugenmerk, sondern auch ein internationales Messegelände und ein Vergnügungspark. Die ganze »City« wird durch einen Zentralcomputer gesteuert, welcher sich im Untergrund unter dem Hotel befindet. Durch diesen Computer hat man nicht nur den Zugriff auf die »City«, sondern auch auf die ganze Welt.
