Zu Anfang ist Takeru das einzige männliche Mitglied bei Tokko. Er ist von hünenhafter Gestalt und tritt meistens komplett in Schwarz mit Sonnenbrille auf. Die meiste Zeit über sagt er kein Wort, was ihn ziemlich in den Hintergrund treten lässt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist er ein guter Schwertkämpfer.
Seine kleine Schwester wurde zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt von Phantomen entführt, woraufhin er zu Tokko stieß um an ihnen Rache zu nehmen.
