Miho kommt nur im Manga und der 1998er TV-Fassung vor.

In der Mangaversion war sie nur ein kleiner Nebencharakter. In der TV Version von 1998 bekam sie eine grössere Rolle. Sie ist eine Mitschülerin und Freundin von Yuugis Clique. Honda ist in dieser Version unsterblich in Miho verliebt, was sie auch reichlich ausnützt. Sie ist ein wenig geistlos, stur, doch auch eine kokette Frohnatur. Des Öfteren benimmt sie sich bei hübschen Jungs wie ein typisches »Fangirl«, vor allem als sie auf Bakura trifft. Sehr zum Leidwesen von Honda.
